Channel 8 will air the premiere broadcast event in the month of June 2009 in recognition of the June Teenth Holiday and Celebration.
The BuffaloSoldiersNationalMuseum is committed to preserving the rich and incredible history of the African American Soldier in the United States. The Museum has recognized a need in our community and in our world to honor those who have sacrifice their time, hard work and their lives in some cases to create a better life for others.
The BuffaloSoldiersNationalMuseum accomplishes these two tasks by creating the first annual Buffalo Soldier Museum Hall of Fame Awards. This awards program was produced to create and instill a sense of pride and honor to those who seek to acquire the secrets of what makes this country so great. "It is its people."
